Welcome to registration for the ALEPH Ordination Program Smicha Week 5785/2025! We are so glad that you will be joining us for an intensive immersion into your studies alongside your fellow students and faculty. Additional information about Smicha Week 2025, including full descriptions of registration types, may be found at www.aop.aleph.org/smichaweek.

Registration is all-inclusive and covers housing, all meals (including two snacks per day), and the Land Use fee. In addition, Student Registration includes tuition for Smicha Week courses, T'rumah, and ASO Dues.

Please note that, unlike previous years, students will not sign up for specific classes at the time of registration, but rather course registration will be available later on Populi. Course registration in Populi will only be available to students who have registered for Smicha Week by completing the form on this page.

To register MORE THAN ONE PERSON (i.e., you and your partner, or you and your child) using the SAME CREDIT CARD for all registrants: Complete the form for the first registrant, selecting a Double Room option, and click on "Add Registrant" under the Final Total section. A second form will open; complete the form for the additional person. Repeat for any additional registrants. Once all registrant forms are complete, enter your confirmation information and click "Submit" to proceed to billing.

To register MORE THAN ONE PERSON (i.e., you and your partner, or you and your child) using DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS for all registrants: Fully complete the form for the first registrant, selecting a Double Room option, and click "Submit" to proceed to and complete billing. Then return to this site to repeat this process for additional registrants.

If a Registration Option does not appear below, that registration option is FULL and no longer available. Please select a different option.

Final balances: All balances are due by May 19, 2025. If you have any remaining balances, your card will be automatically charged on this date. You will receive a reminder one week in advance of this date. A late fee of $60 may be applied to payments received after May 15.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to AOP Administrator, Ruth Alcabes at [email protected]. Cancellations received until May 14, 2025 may receive a full refund (less $60 registration fee per person.) Cancellations received ON OR AFTER May 15, 2025 will NOT be eligible to receive a refund from ALEPH.

Purchase Protection: ALEPH strongly recommends opting into Purchase Protection (located at the bottom of this form) in order to receive a refund in case of emergency. Purchase Protection MUST be opted into at the time of registration and CANNOT be added after registration has been completed.

COVID-19 policy: If you (the registrant) test positive for COVID-19 and you are required to quarantine through the start date of the program, you will not be permitted to attend. If you choose not to opt into the Purchase Protection located on this form, ALEPH strongly recommends connecting with a travel insurance company of your choosing, as you will not be able to receive a refund directly from ALEPH.

Postponement: In the unlikely case that the entire event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will transfer the cost of your registration to Smicha Week 2026. You will not be able to receive a refund for the cost of your registration, unless you are scheduled to receive your smicha before Smicha Week 2026.

Please note that there are some demographic questions below. We are collecting this information to use in an aggregated form as we present data to potential future funders and donors.
